Rule 27
<br> to be included in the foreign aid budget statement
Any office receiving or agreeing to receive any kind of cash or in-kind assistance from foreign associations, institutions, agencies or nations shall consult the National Planning Commission and obtain the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the office shall reflect the aid received or to be received in the annual program and budget and spend the income.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the Ministry of Finance shall include the allocation in the budget amount when foreign aid is reflected in the budget.
(4) After the foreign aid agreement, the Ministry of Finance shall send one copy of the agreement to the Auditor General's office and the Comptroller General's office within thirty days.
